Tri-Star Radiant Broilers feature Stainless Steel front and sides on heavy duty line and Stainless Steel front on C-Series . Radiant broilers come with heavy cast iron radiants and individually controlled stainless steel burners placed every six inches. Quality insulated chassis and burner placement ensure even heat distribution. Cast iron top grates are made in 3” X 21” sections and are pitched forward with a cast in grease trough in each blade for fat run off. The large 3" grease trough and exterior stainless steel makes clean up easy on both series broilers. No tools required to remove top grates, radiant covers, and stainless steel burners.
