Tri-Star equipment enhances cooking ability with ease of cleaning and ensures long lasting durability. 1” thick x 24” deep polished plate on the heavy duty unit or ¾” thick x 18” deep polished plate on the C-series. Large landing ledges are standard for either heavy duty or C-Series models. The cast iron "U" type burners are strategically located every 12" to provide even heating on the cooking surface. An energy saving thermostat controlling every two burners has an adjustable range from 150 to 450 degrees. Stainless steel perimeter side splashes, along with the 3" wide grease gutter allows for easy clean up. Heavy-duty features with welded angle iron construction ensures years of service. Optional 4" appliance legs and stainless steel stands are available on all models.
